Meet Arielle Warner

Joining our team all the way from Ontario, Canada is Arielle Warner. Find out what Arielle does on the daily as a Client Engagement Specialist at Thumbprint, her hidden talents, and more below!

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in a small rural town in Ontario, Canada. I moved to Florida 3 years ago to participate in an international program to work for Marriott. I married my now-husband and I currently live in Maitland, FL. I definitely miss Canada because I enjoyed having 4 seasons, colorful money, and Tim Hortons coffee, but I do not miss the snow!

What is your role at Thumbprint?

I am a Client Engagement Specialist at Thumbprint. Some of my daily tasks include processing orders that clients place through their online web stores, making sure the orders are produced and shipped in a timely manner, and providing clients with tracking information. I also support the Client Engagement Managers with all sorts of exciting projects!

How long have you been with Thumbprint?

I have been working with Thumbprint for just over 1 year.

What is your favorite thing about working at Thumbprint?

Definitely the people! I have worked for big corporations in the past, but I can say that Thumbprint has the best work environment I’ve ever experienced. They have created a workplace where people WANT to work. I enjoy going to work which is something I never thought I would say.

What do you like about working in the brand logistics industry?

I never thought I would end up working in the brand logistics industry and never considered it as a career option for me, but I am so happy I made the decision. I love the creativity involved, problem-solving, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. It is a very fast-paced and ever-evolving industry and I can’t wait to continue to learn more.

What is it you like most about working on the Client Engagement team?

TEAM is definitely the word to focus on here. There is no “I” in team at Thumbprint. We support each other, help each other with ideas and problem-solving, and we celebrate each other! I’m so grateful to work with such a great group.

Over the past 4 months, there has been a shift in focus at Thumbprint towards personal protection equipment (PPE). What has that meant to both you and your clients?

This has been quite a year. The world changed very quickly, but we adapted just as quickly to provide our clients with the necessary PPE to stay safe during these challenging times. It has definitely been a great learning experience to learn about PPE and it feels very rewarding to be able to forward the knowledge and resources to our clients.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

My hidden talents are so hidden I can’t even find them myself, yet! As for hobbies, I enjoy film (I studied film and visual culture at University), I like to explore nature parks, and I also like going to Volkswagen car shows.

What show are you currently binge-watching?

I am obsessed with 90 Day Fiancé on TLC. The show is comparable to my own life being a foreigner from another country and marrying an American, but with wayyyyy more drama. I can’t stop watching it!

Favorite meal?

When I go back to Canada, I like to visit a Hungarian restaurant and order Chicken Paprikash (Paprika Chicken) with Nokedli (Hungarian dumplings), but I haven’t been able to find anything similar in Florida.

Favorite Book?

I am interested in films and books that explore dystopian societies, so I would pick Brave New World by Aldous Huxley as one of the best novels that delve into this topic.

Favorite place you’ve ever traveled too?

J’ai voyagé à Paris deux fois. Translation: I have traveled to Paris two times. I absolutely loved it! In the future, I would like to explore other European countries.

Fun Fact about yourself?

I love watching Korean dramas!
