As our customers and friends, we are thrilled to share some exciting news! ScreenBroidery and Thumbprint have merged and soon both companies will be operating under a brand you already know and love, Thumbprint. This merger is a significant milestone in our journey, driven by our commitment to revolutionizing the way people interact with branded merchandise.

I’m Tom Rector, CEO of ScreenBroidery (now Thumbprint). For 17 years now, I’ve been on a mission to build a company to better our customers, better our company, which ultimately allows us to help create a better world. Our team has always been the heart and soul of our company to drive that mission. So when I first met Greg and Brian Gill, and the rest of the Thumbprint team, I knew we were on the same mission, just operating two different organizations.

With this merger, we’re bringing together passionate and talented professionals from both organizations—including true industry experts in fulfillment, technology, and creative. Since we began this journey several months ago, every day I’ve been impressed with the abilities of our teams. This collaboration fosters a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation thrive, providing you with exceptional service and continuing to improve solutions.

As an existing Thumbprint customer, you won’t feel a big shift in the team you’re working with. It’s important to us that you are getting the same great service you’ve been experiencing. However, you will start to notice deeper support in the teams, meet some additional faces, and feel the services grow now doubled in employees and resources.
