Senior Marketing Director

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for thumbprint. You will also be working closely with our sales, web and operations departments along with Executive Leadership to develop strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share.

To be considered for this position, you will need a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications. You will also need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing thumbprint marketing department
  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Communicating the marketing plan throughout the organization
  • Researching demand for our products and services
  • Competitor research
  • Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing an exception client experience

Client Services Coordinator

The primary responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator are to help our Client Services team with order processing, client and vendor follow up, and project management. You will also be assisting clients via phone and email and coordinating with the production and warehouse team. Attention to detail, accuracy and organization are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and provide to the clients or prospects.
  • Follow-up on all quotes within 24 hours of submittal.
  • Enter customer orders clearly, concisely and accurately interpret customer  information into our software systems.
  • Confirm that all information is complete and accurate before it goes into 
  • Work with production to ensure that all jobs are completed to the customers’ specifications  and satisfy the delivery schedule.
  • Ensure that all customers are taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Web Support Specialist

thumbprint is looking for someone just beginning or evolving their career in front-end web development to help us build, develop, and manage our Client Portal Websites. The position requires a customer service-oriented individual, familiar with user experience concepts.

We utilize a specialized, very flexible CMS to create eCommerce sites for our clients to order print and marketing products. These sites are customized to each client’s needs and require someone with a creative and technical mindset to create an incredible user-experience making it easy to use, yet providing powerful capabilities to accommodate each client’s unique needs.

This position will support the development and maintenance of our Client Portals, including creating and editing variable-field product templates, integrations with other software systems, single sign-on, stylesheets, graphic design, and workflow automation. This position will also speak directly with clients (mostly via email and online support tickets) for web-related questions and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to design and implement custom workflows for each client using the CMS and custom web design.
  • Create logical information architectures and stunning visual design concepts.
  • Implement user experiences and interfaces by working in tandem with web developers and light editing using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AngularJS scripts.
  • Create standard and reusable visual components and interface elements with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Create and update product templates, both static and variable data.
  • Assist with creating and documenting client-specific and web-related standards of procedure.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and our online support ticketing system.

Preferred Skills:

  • Solid familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of graphic design concepts including, but not limited to, CMYK/RGB/PMS, font families, and light photo editing.
  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Any other degree, with a developed aptitude and experience building and managing websites.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to adapt to each project and client’s tasks from day to day.
  • Capable of balancing detail-oriented work with important project milestones and repetitive tasks.
