Shipping costs vary on all orders. thumbprint uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you will see your item description, price and shipping cost. Not all products have shipping costs displayed and could be subject to change based on communication with our clients and/or delays in orders being approved by assigned approvers.
Orders placed before 12pm, will be processed the same day. If the item(s) ordered are in-stock in the Apopka facility, it will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm, will be processed the next business day. If the item(s) ordered are in-stock in the Apopka facility, it will ship the next business day.
Orders containing on-demand products to be created upon order have varying productions times as noted in the product description. If you have any questions about production time and/or shipping times for on-demand products, please contact thumbprint at ClientServices@thumbprint.is or 407.788.1234.
If you would like to pick up a product from our facility or send a representative, we need this request made in writing 24 hours in advance and sent to ClientServices@thumbprint.is.
Once your order is placed, thumbprint provides information on your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
You can find approval status, order status and tracking information by logging into your Company Store.
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a link to your company store.
We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name and a tracking number(s). You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.
Because the products we offer are personalized and customized, there are no returns of the product unless it is defective or does not match the approved proof as displayed on your company store when the order was placed.
If you believe your products are defective or incorrect, you must contact Client Services within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please contact Client Services at ClientServices@thumbprint.is or 407.788.1234 for return approval and instruction to proceed.
