Join our logistics team as a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator, where precision and efficiency drive our operations.
In this dual-role, you’ll seamlessly blend clerical responsibilities, such as data management and reporting, with hands-on warehouse tasks. Under the guidance of the Logistics Director, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating the seamless experiences we promise our clients.
• Handle clerical office tasks, including data management, order management, and reporting
related to the Logistics department.
• Manage and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. Confirm
availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventory
counts of required items.
• Identify and report slow-moving products, report them, and, upon approval, orchestrate their
• Guide forklift drivers in positioning goods within specified areas.
• When required, step in to manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product.
• Direct forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
• Document diligently, ensuring every activity is recorded and all forms and reports are
• Responsible for printing Print on Demand (POD) products and kitting Sales Portal orders
that include POD products.
• Act as the primary communication hub for the warehouse, directing tasks and ensuring
clarity for the warehouse team.
