The Challenge

Massey Services wanted to provide every employee with new apparel for their annual Sales Blitz.
During this annual campaign, every employee, across 10 different states, partners with sales team members to make sales calls. The discounted programs offered during this time represent a significant revenue stream for the company each year.
It was critical that all campaign participants dressed in new, clean branded apparel to maintain the image of the Massey brand.

Build an ecommerce platform and fulfillment program to collect, embroider, and distribute apparel orders.

Organize

Selected and uploaded (48 products) for men and women onto the ecommerce site. Invited each employee to make a selection.

At the end of each day, orders were batched, organized by logo, embroidery color, and embroidery location. Apparel was ordered on demand to eliminate inventory risk.

Built a branded company store, allowing employees to place orders and checkout under their cost center.

Utilized Thumbprint’s in-house embroidery facility to efficiently decorate each apparel item with the correct style and logo based on employee location.

Delivered apparel to 150 separate locations within an exact delivery window.

Provided an administration view for company leadership to track orders by employee and cost center.

The Results

800 employees received their apparel within the delivery window for each of the past four years.
