Like everything else this year, Holiday gift giving for employees and customers is going to be tricky. The right gift will go a long way in furthering relationships with your customers and employees during these crazy times. The wrong gift could come across as thoughtless, or worse yet insensitive.
We did quite a bit of research for this year’s guide, asking ourselves: “After all the challenges and changes we’ve endured this year, what would make someone smile? What would be practical and useful? What would feel generous and significant?”
Our Client Engagement and Experience teams brought a host of ideas that were discussed in group meetings. We then vetted our list by asking friends and loved ones: “How would you feel if this landed on your doorstep?” (and before you ask, yes we can easily deliver to everyone’s home address). Our final list contains 36 items across 6 categories, such as “Work from Home,” “Self-Care,” and “Technology.” We are sure you will find something you love!
