Where did you grow up/what did you like about living there?
I grew up in Mayo, FL. It’s a very small town with a great sense of community. It’s pretty typical to know almost everyone there. Fun memories that come to mind are tubing down the springs and community events like Pioneer Day.
What is your role at Thumbprint?
Client Engagement Manager. On a daily basis, I process online orders that come in through the storefronts and follow up on outstanding projects.
That can mean sending or requesting virtuals for promo/apparel/print items and providing samples to clients for items they are strongly considering. From there, I follow up with client presentations to see if they have any questions, and work with vendors to orchestrate order status/quotes/tracking.
I also help with chat requests that come in from our clients.
How long have you been with Thumbprint?
It will be 4 years in April.
What is your favorite thing about working at Thumbprint?
I love the team mentality here and the problem-solving approach using technology and relationships with our suppliers.
What do you like about working in the brand logistics industry?
I’ve learned so much about brand logistics, from small giveaways to mailers and even company culture. It’s awesome to be able to work with companies that trust us to connect them with products that help meet their goals, whether it’s employee appreciation, increasing brand awareness, or brand cohesiveness!
What is it you like most about working on the Customer Engagement team?
The opportunity to learn and experience what qualities make a team successful.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I like to run and spend time outdoors, whether that’s biking, swimming, walking, anything!
What show are you currently binge-watching?
I’m currently binge-watching The Musketeers!
Favorite meal?
The Cheesecake Factory Lasagna Verde and red velvet cheesecake for dessert!

Favorite place you’ve ever traveled to?
My families’ hometown in Mexico is my favorite place to travel to. I love going back to my family hometown, Ixmiquilpan, to see my family and enjoy the cuisine. There’s a restaurant called “Palmillas” with the best food I’ve ever had!
What’s something you want to do in the next year that you’ve never done before?
Something that I’d want to do in the next year that I’ve never done before is own my first property. #GrownUpThings
If you could be any superhero, who would you be and why?
I’m not sure if this superhero exists, but I’ve always wished my superpower was to eat and never gain any weight, lol!
Fun Fact about yourself?
I love baking and Southern Cuisine! My favorite thing to make is Protein Kodiak chocolate muffins with bananas, walnuts, and extra chocolate chips! Definitely a favorite with my family and friends.
